


Smoked Ham Rillettes
8 oz container
A classic French spread made from slow-cooked pork, ham, pork fat, pork broth, herbs and spices. It’s amazing on toast or crackers, especially with pickled onions or some mustard or jam. We love adding it to a charcuterie board. Amanda makes these in small batches once or twice a year to share with friends and family, but occasionally she makes enough for our CSA members too!
Thaw rillettes out and allow to come to room temperature before serving.

Each package is frozen and will last for several months in the freezer. To enjoy as a spread, let it thaw and come to room temperature. Once thawed, it can be kept in the refrigerator for a couple weeks.
